June 1st

Ok so I haven’t been doing so hot lately. I have kept up my workouts, but I’ve been eating terribly. I need to buckle down and get serious about what I eat cause otherwise I won’t lose an inch…which i havent in months! and its getting frustrating, but at least I havent gained anything so that’s a plus. By the time I go back to school I want to be at most 125, but ideally 120.

Goals for June:

-Count Calories again. 1300/day

-Drink 64oz of water a day

-workout 5-6 days/week for 45 min cardio 20 min weights (get back on track and finish c25k)

Reward: eyebrows shaped at nordstrom.
